No call no show. I waited all day for delivery.

Worst experience EVER
Home depot uses uspack to deliver their orders.
Not only do they hang up on you when they don't feel like doing their job, The service you get when someone actually answers the phone is subpar. There's a huge lack of communication and accountability.
They have no show no called me FIVE times in 2 months.
When they finally did show up with my delivery, they damaged my front porch, my door, my hardwood floors and the product itself. I paid extra to have the piece of furniture carried up the stairs to which they told me "sorry but we aren't strong enough to do that"
and they left it in my foyer for 2 weeks with a promise to come back and finish the job.
The day came and went with a no call no show. Not surprising.
I don't know how this company stays in business.

Horrible Company
They are a horrible delivery service. Look them up on bbb, read reviews.
Never use them or you will suffer horrible stress trying to locate your package when it's 11 days late like mine was. I called them, Wayfair called them no answer most of the time and no return call or email. My package did not move for 14 days it sat at the same location 45 minutes away but no one could tell me why or when it would be delivered. It got rescheduled for delivery 6 times and every time I was told we called the driver but he don't answer his phone so we left a message.
Does this idiot still work there because he shouldn't! My package would have fit in the trunk of a car but these idiots could not seem to get it to me on time.

there was a class action lawsuit filed when I worked for them in memphis tn. they came in and underbid an account from the people i was working for, then they just quit paying me what they promised, 5 of us quit the same day. liars!

They came. The cabinet was delivered.
The cabinet fell apart. I'm pissed again, but for a different reason :)
